9-10 weeks
Difficulty: Easy
Yield: Very Heavy
Grow Type: indoor, light dep, outdoor
Gas Drop is an easy to grow indica dominant hybrid. Exhibiting a manageable 2x stretch in flower, this strain maintains a moderate height with balanced vertical growth and minimal lateral expansion, making it straightforward to control within a standard canopy. Its moderately dense structure and some natural sturdiness allow it to hold weight well, while still benefiting from sturdy trellis support in later flower. In flower, Gas Drop develops 4+ nodal top colas with a tight braided disconnect, supported by large bud sites and tight nodal spacing that contribute to its strong production potential. The flowers feature a low leaf-to-calyx ratio with small calyx re-stacking. Trichome coverage is strong, coating the green buds with a frosted finish. Defoliation plays a more important role than aggressive bottoming, helping maintain airflow and light penetration. With medium feeding and watering requirements and moderate pruning needs, Gas Drop performs consistently and finishes between 9–10 weeks, depending on environmental conditions. It remains visibly healthy deep into flower and has demonstrated an ability to handle environmental stress well, making it an excellent option for newer growers or those looking for a reliable, tolerant cultivar. Will do well in any style of grow.
Dry Flower Characteristics:
Gas Drop dries to attractive green buds ranging from quarter to half-dollar sized, with dense structure and high trichome presence. The flower feels both sticky and sandy to the touch, reflecting its strong resin production. It carries a gassy foundation layered with earthy and peppery notes, with some expressions leaning toward a seaweed or lightly roasted sunflower seed. Overall, Gas Drop offers solid bag appeal, dependable structure, and a classic fuel forward nose profile.
